Now that you guys are all FOR SURE familiar with the Halloween Author invasion, I have a fun post for you guys. To get everyone pumped about our amazing guest list, Christina and I will be featuring Author Spotlight posts for our authors to get you excited to party alongside them next week! Each post will feature the authors bio, links, and a fun exclusive Halloween-ish interview they have granted us for the event! We are so honored to have all of these amazing authors participating in our event! Are you ready to learn a little more about our line up? Here we go!

Nazarea Andrews

Nazarea Andrews is an avid reader and tends to write the stories she wants to read. She loves chocolate and coffee almost as much as she loves books, but not quite as much as she loves her kids. She lives in south Georgia with her husband, daughters, and overgrown dog. She is the author of Girl Lost, Edge of the Falls, and The University of Branton  Series.

Find Nazarea Andrews

Any of you who follow this blog regularly are aware of my love for Nazarea Andrews. Nazarea was the first author to open my eyes to the zombie genre. I owe most of this event to her! Seriously. Over the course of the past few months I have been fortunate enough to grow to call Nazarea a friend and am so honored that she has chosen to participate in our event next week. Nazarea is full of laughs and is one of the most awesome paranormal authors around, in my opinion! Looking for an NA Paranormal read? Check out her The World Without End series!

Halloween Spotlight Interview

What is your favorite supernatural genre (Witches, zombies, vampires, werewolves, etc) and why?

It's probably a tie between witches and zombies. Witches are so freaky powerful and awesome, and zombies--the whole world fall apart and put it back together--I LOOOOOVE that.

What is your favorite horror film and/or read?

World War Z, for movies. The Forest of Hands and Teeth for books.

What is your favorite Halloween costume (or your favorite that you have worn/have seen)?

Last year, my husband, brother in law and his wife, and I went as the Scooby Doo Mystery Inc crew. I was Vilma. A smart, cute geek girl? That was made of so much win.

What is your favorite Halloween candy?

Caramel apple suckers.

What is your favorite part about Halloween?

Stealing my kids candy after they go to bed.

What is your favorite Halloween memory?

So we didn't do Halloween as kids. I don't actually have memories of it, lol. But my town did a pumpkin roll every year--which is just what it sounds like. A bunch of people stand on the top of a hill and roll a bunch of big pumpkins down and watch them smash into the ground at the bottom. It's messy and gross and a lot of fun. :)

Well, what do you think? Excited to hang out with Nazarea Andrews during the Halloween Author Invasion? I know we sure are!

Nazarea will be taking over the event on Sunday, October 26th! She will also be hosting a The Walking Dead watch party during her time slot!

We can't wait to see you there! Go show Nazarea some love and tell her you can't wait to party! Thanks so much for stopping by. Until next time, Happy Reading!
